Lester “Les” Melvin Seto, 82, of Waipahu, Oahu, formerly of Kawaihae, died April 24. Born in Kalihiwai, Kauai, he was an electrical contractor, a former electrical contractor for Hygrade Electric, Fischbach &Moore Electric, and Morrison Knudsen and a U.S. Coast Guard veteran.
